The Monaldeschi Suite enchants and enraptures like a casket full of gems. The master bedroom and the bathroom are located inside an imposing medieval tower, whose austerity is mitigated by the lightness of the pastels of the historic ceiling frescoes with ribbed vaults, with the shield in the center representing the Monaldeschi coat of arms.
In this room it is said that the second condemnation of Dante Alighieri was issued by Ranieri di Zaccaria of Orvieto.
The suite is enhanced by the adjoining Ranieri Lounge (from the noble and prestigious family responsible for the construction of the building of the same name, facing the main structure, from which the square in front also takes its name) which in addition to being normally available to room guests, can be used for meetings and events given the its important dimensions (70 square meters for about 5 m. in height), the beauty of the wooden coffered ceiling and the splendid views.
